1. After you place your order, email me your choices of metal, pattern, gemstones, etc.  

2. Mail the hair/ashes to me in a secure package. Any unused material will be returned to you.

3. Once completed, your jewelry will be mailed via USPS, and a tracking number provided.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the unique, handmade nature of your custom jewelry. Small imperfections are part of the handmade process.  All sales are final on custom work.
